Intense straw yellow and creamy perlage are a prelude to a fine and elegant nose with notes of Golden
apple, pear and peach, followed by floral hints ranging from rose to wisteria.
On the palate the soft note of sugars is well balanced by CO2 and fresh acidity.
Light and fresh, it closes with a pleasantly fruity note.
Pairing: suitable for both aperitifs and meals, and why not, for dessert.
