Straw yellow in color with brilliant greenish highlights, it has fine and persistent perlage.
The nose is intense and delicate with pleasant fruity notes of apple and pear, followed by floral hints of acacia flower and hints of citrus.
In the mouth it is fresh and dry with pleasant dry and fruity finish.
Pairing: as an aperitif and appetizer with fish, shellfish and crustaceans; also pleasant with vegetable
appetizers.
